SPRING 2024
We are Ludlow Mayors charity of the year 2023 -2024. We'd like to thank the Mayor and everyone associated with all the fundraising events that have taken place over the last 20 months or so, whether they form part of the Mayors fundraising efforts or from outside.
In April £572.60 was raised at the 90's discso held at Ludlow Brewery. Thank you to Di Lyle, Councillor Childs, the DJ's, the Brewery and all the volunteers who gave their time to organise the event. Thank you everyone who attended also.
Earlier this year £450 was raised from a wine tasting evening at the Vine & Juniper, in Ludlow. Thanks to Chris & Ben for hosting the evening and to Di Lyle who organised the event.
A short film to celebrate the last 3 years of our Young Rangers programme, delivered in partnership with Shropshire Hills National Landscape (formerly Shropshire Hills AONB) was premiered in November 2023 at a special celebratory event. It can be watched via our YouTube channel. Thanks to all the young people who participated and to Piece of String films who produced the film.
